BI has started recording lectures held here, both by internal professors, and by guests, and make them available on their YouTube stream. This means that the lecture held by the Nobel Laureate Robert Merton on pensions is freely available; and I do recommend it!

Also available is my main advisor’s inaugural lecture. Watch Miha Skerlavaj present his research into pro social activities; hope it inspires!

My co-advisor, Jan Ketil Arnulfsen gave his lecture on the effect language, and how we construct terms interferes with the study of the phenomena under scrutiny. More precisely, how the concept of “leadership” is tautologically true, meaning that surveys on the topic, simply report how precise the survey is in measuring the term, rather than on leadership itself. Or, put technically, questions the construct validity of when studying so many popular concepts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45xoNsXCoXo
